A collective of former members jumped into the wrong cart, donkey drawn or otherwise. Any respect I once had is long gone, not that I wish to jump on any 'band wagon' of disrespecting any former member of Wishbone Ash!! As AP has said, maybe they were badly advised. An apology, rather than further misinformation on the other site may have helped!

Dave I am not sure what the hell a PERUVIAN BARROO is but I think I got my point across. Say what you will but I would bet anybody any amount of money that if somebody promised the 4 of them money they would do it all over again so I really don't think even an apology would suffice. Now let's see some US tour dates so we can make plans.

i thought the "badly advised" line that Andy is taking is/was a good one.

i bought Ted's first cd and have possibly played it once, as such I am not particularly in a hurry to get the next one. Likewise i never saw Laurie in the Queen musical and am no great fan of Whitesnake. But I wouldn't rule anything out purely on grounds of the courtroom incident - that stuff is behind the scenes as far as i'm concerned and it can stay there.

Unless or until Andy openly comes out and asks fans to stop supporting any activity by former band members (it would greatly surprise me if he did so), I hope not too many take it upon themselves to follow pervi's rather small-minded example.

The Snakecharmer album is very good with slight Wishbone Ash overtones,so what- Laurie was in the
excellent WA Mk 2 band ,why shouldn't they play twin lead. Don't forget Laurie came from the excellent but very underrated Home,with a lot of similarities in the MK2 tunes .Unfortunately his band mate Cliff Williams
ended up in the vocally deficient AC.DC. (off button stuff ),sadly the rest of Home are no longer with us.Back
to the thread if TT's new album were any good i would buy it as after all he was a quarter of the original
Wishbone Ash and played some excellent guitar work (Standing In The Rain and Flesh And Steel) on somebodies
New Live Dates Albums.

Four out of five of the original MK1/2 bands were at last years garden party ,very much regret not replying
to my personal invite ,it must have been quite a a gig,unfortunately with one very notable absence ,
now that really would have been the real Wishbone Ash as i remember it,wouldn't it ?
