Wow! I bought my copy a week ago in Koblenz and yesterday I finally found the time to "just check the first 5 minutes" ending up watching the following 60 minutes as well :-)

I try to keep it very short:

- I knew how much Andy is still passionate about music like a 20 yo would be, but I am blown away by how relaxed and team-wise everything is done

- I am totally impressed by the standing of Bob, Muddy and especially Joe in the band. Joe seems to be exactly what the band had needed: One hell of a musician and a man with a strong opinion

- LAST BUT NOT LEAST AT ALL: If the songs on the next album are really gonna sound the way the bits and pieces on the DVD do (and I am not saying too much) this will be the best WA since Pilgrimage for me. I just sat there annoying my girlfriend (trying to sleep) but uttering "ja, that's what I wanna hear... the twin guitars..." over and over again. I hope we get harmony vocals as well

THE GREATEST BAND ON EARTH. PERIOD.

Months behind everyone else, I bought mine at Haddenham last Saturday and have just watched it this evening.

It is fascinating...and I am so excited about the music coming up on the new album....."more guitars" YAY!! :D :D :D
"Big Issues" sounds like it will be great, and it is an amazing prospect that the band are producing music which is mainly aimed at being played live.

I love this band!! :D
In my dreams everything was alright...

Watched this again last night.

Only just noticed that there is a spelling mistake on the rear of the cover. It says ...

"WISBONE ASH IS"

What the "H" is going on??????

Just watched this after buying a copy at CLitheroe; I have to Say Andrew W got it spot on; Andy;s enthusiasm and drive jumps out of the film. THIs line up has been together 5 years or so I guess since Muddy replaced ( Ben?) . The twin lead sound is more " Wishbone ash" than ever with crackin bass and drums. But its not just Andy's entusiasm, as that seems to run throughout the whole band, and whilst the band could try to live on the past and in the past, we have great new albums and contemporary tracks coming through interspersed with wider variety of older tracks added in too and re worked

This is a great dvd of a great band, WIshbone Ash, and whilst Andy has the wisdom to share his effort and creativity around the team, as an inpirational leader, it is also about Andy Powell,

whose star and class do shine through in this work;

Nice One all round for me

Have to be in the right mood to watch a ‘band’ DVD and eventually got round to watching this last night. What a brilliant insight into how the band gel together, with such youthful enthusiasm many new bands of today would struggle to emulate.
Back in my early teens, in true teen fashion, Wishbone Ash were the best band in the world, with Andy Powell being my guitar hero. My musical taste strayed over the years, taking an interest in classical music, punk and heavy metal. Most liked bands over the intervening years have included Rory Gallagher, Penetration, The Sex Pistols, The Clash, The Police, Metallica, Iron Maiden and Rush.
For me, Wishbone Ash in 2014 are still the best band in the world, with the current line up being without doubt the best since the original four founder members formed the band in 1969. Great job AP for keeping it true. :D :D :D
